NCCIA Arrests Two Suspects Running “Mini Nadra” Website Selling Citizens’ Personal Data

The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency arrested two suspects, Arsalan and Ali Raza, for allegedly operating a website called “Mini Nadra” and a platform known as “Khoji” to illegally acquire and sell citizens’ personal data. Three terabytes of sensitive data covering over 10 million citizens were recovered from their devices. The data included SIM ownership and registration details, call detail records, SIM databases, location information, family trees, and sensitive government-linked information. Two mobile phones were also seized. The operation was conducted on the instructions of NCCIA Punjab Director Hussam Bin Iqbal. A case has been registered and investigation is continuing.
