An Islamabad anti-terrorism court granted bail to Imaan Mazari-Hazir and Hadi Ali Chattha on November 3 in a case over allegedly blocking a road outside the National Press Club and an altercation with police. Surety bonds were set at Rs5,000 each. The judge said he would examine a show-cause notice issued to police over the delay in producing the case record. On October 29, an anti-terrorism court sentenced them to 10 years in the security breach case, plus sentences under Sections 186 and 353 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The Supreme Court suspended their 17-year PECA sentences on September 17.
